Abstract

Tthis study aims to determine how the implementation of quality control using statistical tools is usefl in controlling the level of product damage in the company or UMKM. Quality control analylisis is carried out using statitistical tools in the form carried out using statistical tools in the form of check sheets, histograms, pareto diagrams, and causal diagram, The results to of the check sheet and histogram analylisis show that the process is in an uncontrolled state or is still experiencing irregularities, this can be seen on the control chart whwre if fluctuates very higt and irregularly and many are out of control. Based on the pareto diagrams the repairs that need to be done are for to dominatt type of damage, namely 8 shorter and 12 printing. From the cause and effect analysis, it can be seen that the factors that cause damage come from human or worker factors, productions machines, work methods, materials and the work environment., so that UMKM can take preventive and corrective measures to reduce the level of damage and improve product quality.
