Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Motor Vehicle Tax Sanction Bleaching Program Policy in Increasing Regional Original Income in Riau Province in 2019 (Study: UPT Samsat Rumbai). this is because in 2019 local revenue at the UPT Samsat Rumbai office still has not increased significantly with the policy of the motor vehicle tax sanction whitening program. Because of the low awareness and negligence of the public in paying taxes and then the socialization from the UPT Samsat Rumbai is still not optimal to the community of motor vehicle taxpayers on the policy of the tax sanction whitening program, the public does not understand even though socialization in the form of banners and online media news does not always jump. in the field. Therefore, the author uses the concept of effectiveness in reviewing and concluding this problem consisting of five indicators, namely Program Understanding, Right on Target, Right on Time, Program Objectives and Real Change. By measuring the five indicators of the concept of Effectiveness, it is expected to be able to conclude the whole and provide suggestions for solutions.
