Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility, abbreviated as CSR, appeared late in the 19th century in the United States, and has developed in other countries, including Indonesia. The emergence of CSR was initially seen as a company's heroism in overcoming various problems, especially environmental, social, and economic problems. In Indonesia, CSR has started to develop since the 1980s. The problem of this research is how the collaboration between the Talau Village government and PT Musimmas in the management of CSR in Talau Village, Pangakalan Kuras District. This study aims to determine the collaboration (collaboration) between the Village Government and PT Musimmas in the management of CSR in Talau Village, Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency. CSR programs carried out by the Village Government with PT Musimmas are in the implementation of assistance in the health sector, posyandu and free medicine, sports, goal posts, tripe machines and proposals for tournament registration fees. The Village Government with PT Musimmas must create and create targeted and directed communication.
