Abstract

This research was conducted to determine of the program Desa Maju Indragiri Hilir Jaya (DMIJ) Plus Terintegrasi in Rumbai Jaya Village, Kempas District, Indragiri Hilir Regency and the inhibiting factors. This type of research is a qualitative research with descriptive type. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. In this study, interviews were conducted with the daily task exsecutor vilagge head of Rumbai Jaya as a key informant and as an informant treasurer head of Rumbai Jaya vilagge, village assistant of the program Desa Maju Indragiri Hilir Jaya (DMIJ) Plus Terintegrasi in Rumbai Jaya Village, and the villagers of Rumbai Jaya. This study uses evaluation theory according to William N. Dunn with six indicators Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equity/Equality, Responsiveness, and Accuracy. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the results of the program Desa Maju Indragiri Hilir Jaya (DMIJ) Plus Terintegrasi in Rumbai Jaya Village have generally had a good impact on the community, but are still not optimal because they are influenced by the low level of community participation and the existence of limited budget for program implementation.
