Abstract

Increased productivity during work can be carried out well if the work relationship runs harmoniously and dynamically between employers and workers, this can happen if employers and workers understand their rights and obligations. Article 1 paragraph 15 of Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower states that "The relationship between employers and workers / laborers is based on an employment agreement, which has elements of work, wages, and orders". In connection with these elements, it is necessary to have a work agreement in carrying out work relations, especially in the aspect of work norms which is a form of protection to provide legal certainty relating to the wage system, working time, and welfare guarantees. The problems examined in this thesis are about how to do work relations in aspects of work norms between PT. Waskita Niagaprima Pekanbaru with Field Workers (Crew) According to Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower and what are the obstacles experienced by PT. Waskita Niagaprima Pekanbaru regarding the implementation of work relations in aspects of work norms with field workers (Crew). The research method used was Observational Research through a survey that is research carried out directly down to the field in order to obtain data in the form of interviews and questionnaires. While the nature of this research is analytical descriptive. Based on the results of research that the author obtained from the field it can be concluded that the work relationship on aspects of work norms between PT. Waskita Niagaprima Pekanbaru with Field Workers in accordance with Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning employment. However, it has not been well implemented as a whole, as there are obstacles regarding delays in payment of wages and wages are not paid in full to field workers (Crew) which causes complaints. While important factors that influence labor productivity are the provision of adequate wages to improve the performance of a company and create welfare for workers.
