Abstract
IMPLEMENTATION OF SMALL AND MEDIUM BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN THE DEPARTMENT OF COOPERATION, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES, INDUSTRY AND TRADE PELALAWAN REGENCY (Study in Ukui District) By: Yessi Supriana NPM: 177310608 The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of Small and Medium Enterprises Development at the Cooperative, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade Office of Pelalawan Regency in Ukui District. To find out the Inhibiting and Supporting Factors for the Implementation of Small and Medium Business Development at the Cooperative, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade Office of Pelalawan Regency in Ukui District. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, data obtained directly from research informants according to research problems and supporting primary data. Then data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. All data collected were classified according to type and form and then presented descriptively. The results of the study concluded that the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises at the Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade of Pelalawan Regency (Study in Ukui District) has been implemented in accordance with existing capabilities such as budget allocations and work programs. Where in coaching the actions and processes of coaching have been determined, as well as an evaluation of the coaching that has been undertaken. Barriers to fostering SMEs by the Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade of Pelalawan Regency are interests and innovations of business actors, supporting facilities for business actors.
