Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the Management of Village Funds Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2018 concerning Village Financial Management in Kebun Lado Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, and to determine the inhibiting factors in the Management of Village Funds. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative method approach, which was carried out in Kebun Lado Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research informants consisted of the Village Head, Village Secretary, and Head of Financial Affairs who were determined by means of a census, as well as the Head of the BPD and the Head of the LPM who were determined by purposive sampling. Types of data sources, namely primary data and secondary data, and data collection techniques with interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis. The results of this study conclude that the management of Village Funds based on the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2018 concerning Village Financial Management in Kebun Lado village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency which includes Planning, Implementation, Administration, Reporting and Accountability in general has been quite well implemented accordance with applicable regulations; while the inhibiting factors in the Management of Village Funds based on the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2018 concerning Village Financial Management in Kebun Lado village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency are limited human resources, lack of availability of internet network facilities and infrastructure, and low community participation in Musrenbang Village.
