Abstract
This study aims to describe the activities of the Marketing Public Relations of the Tourism Office of Siak Regency towards the Siak Palace tourist attraction in increasing the number of visitors in the new normal era. After being closed for a long time, the Siak Palace reopened in the new normal era, it is known that there has been a decrease in the number of visitors visiting the Siak Palace. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. The object of this research is the Siak Palace Tourism, and the Siak Regency Tourism Office as the subject of this research. The results of this study describe the Marketing Public Relations strategy carried out by the Tourism Office of Siak Regency towards the Siak Palace tourist attraction in the New Normal era, such as pull strategy, push strategy, and pass strategy. The pull strategy was not carried out due to cost efficiency, the push strategy was carried out such as: MoU cooperation, partner collaboration, and promotion through social media and applications, while the pass strategy was carried out by posting announcements, and completing health protocol services in the Siak Palace area.
