Abstract

The Integrated District Administration Service (PATEN) is a management innovation in order to bring closer, simplify, and accelerate licensing/non-licensing administration services at the sub-district level, especially for sub-districts that are located far from the Regency/City offices and difficult to reach due to geographical conditions and poor road infrastructure. insufficient. The concept of this service is concentrated in the sub-district, because the sub-district is considered the face or reflection of the local government. However, there are still many complaints about services in the sub-district, which are relatively not optimal and staff work arrangements are less efficient. Therefore, improvements are needed to improve the quality of sub-district services. The purpose of this study was to describe the Implementation of Integrated Administrative Services in Tenayan Raya District (PATEN) Pekanbaru City. The method used in this research is the author uses a descriptive survey research type. While the research method used is the Mix Method or Qualitative Quantitative, where the author tries to provide detailed analysis results and information on the object of research and describes various situations or variables that exist in the object of this research, with questionnaires, interviews and observations as data collection tools, with The results of the study concluded that the Implementation of Integrated Administrative Services in the Tenayan Raya District (PATEN) of Pekanbaru City can be categorized as Poor with several existing obstacles.
