Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the subdistrict integrated administration program at the office Kapur IX subdistrict office in improving the quality of service and response from thecommunity. The theory used in the prepation of this thesis is the evaluation theory of William N Duun which has six indicators, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equality, responsiveness and determination. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. The duration of this research approximately eight months. The data sources of this research are eight informants. Data collection used is observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study are from the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, data verification and affirmation of conclusions. Based on the results of the research discussion that the evaluation of the subdistrict integrated administration program (PATEN) at the district office of Kapur IX Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota Provinsi Sumatera Barat has been running optimally. But as for the obstacles in carrying out the evaluation of the subdistrict integrated administration program (PATEN) at the Kapur IX subdistrict office, there is still a lack of Human Resources, causing vacancies and the central government for this subdistrict integrated administration program (PATEN) at the Kapur IX subdistrict office and the lack of government socialization about the prime program which causes many people who do not know.
