Abstract

The One Stop Pekanbaru Investment and Integrated Service Office is a supporter of the Mayor's duties in the area of integrated licensing and non-licensing services as well as investment. The task of the One Stop Pekanbaru Investment and Integrated Service Office is to carry out a part of the Pekanbaru City regional government affairs in the field of licensing and non-licensing services in an integrated manner and investment with the principles of coordination, integration, synchronization, simplication, security and certainty. One of the licensing services carried out by the Office of Investment and Integrated Services of One Door Pekanbaru City is Building Permit. However, in its implementation, the service at the Department of Investment and Integrated Services of One Door Pekanbaru City for the management of building permits has not been running optimally. In this study, the problem is how the implementation and obstacles in the service of the Department of Investment and Integrated Services of One Door Pekanbaru City in the management of building permits. The type of research in the study is included in the type of quantitative research using descriptive survey methods. The population in this study was the Head of the Pekanbaru One-stop Investment and Integrated Service Office, employees of the licensing sub-section and the community who took care of building permits. The results of the study showed that the Implementation of Services in the Investment Office and Integrated Services of One Door Pekanbaru City in the Management of Building Permits can be said to be quite good by looking at the 5 indicators that the author has set and the recapitulation results of respondents' responses of 18 people or 50%. Obstacles in Services at the One Stop Pekanbaru Investment and Integrated Services Office in the Management of Building Permits, there are often delays in processing, requests are incomplete, facilities and infrastructure as well as a lack of awareness from the community.
