Abstract

Communication is an activity of delivering information, be it messages, ideas, and ideas, from one party to another. Usually this communication activity is carried out verbally or verbally, making it easier for both parties to understand each other. Meanwhile, communication does not occur without going through a process, the communication process usually begins with the material being discussed by the speaker which is then accepted by the recipient. This communication aims to change attitudes, opinions, behavior, and social. So that communication can change one's attitudes, opinions, and behavior to one's social community according to the information conveyed by the information provider. In extracurricular activities which aim to deepen and expand the knowledge of students in recognizing the relationship between various subjects, as well as channeling talents and interests, as well as complementing efforts to develop a complete human being. In addition to developing the talents and interests of students, extracurricular programs are also expected to be able to cultivate the talents of student participants. With students being active in extracurricular activities, they automatically have formed small forums in which communication will be established between members and at the same time can learn in organizing every extracurricular activity activist. In the field of education, financial management includes planning, use, recording of data, reporting, and accountability of funds as planned.
