Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out whether the MyFashionProject homestore business is feasible to develop. The type of data used is quantitative data. The population used in this study were all successful boutiques in 2017-2021. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the conventional financial aspect based on the analysis of the Payback Period (PP), is in 2 years 6 months 18 days. Net Present Value (NPV) is IDR 9,053,930. The use of the Profitability Index (PI) method is 1.7805. Internal Rate of Return (IRR) 41.10%. Break Event Point (BEP) for 2021-2025 consecutively sales of 7 products and BEP (Rp) from 2021-2025 is 259.000, 284.900, 313.390, 344.729, 379.204. Based on the calculation results, GVM generates a profit based on the gold value of 1.98 grams. Investible Surplus Method (ISM) of 17.70%. While the analysis of the Gold Index (GI) is 1.154. The results of this study indicate that the MyFashionProject Homestore business development is feasible to develop.
