Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of student activeness in organize work readiness for students majoring in accounting education fkip Riau Islamic University. Besides this the research was arranged based on the theory according to Amalia Farida Suyitno (2009) about organizational activities while Asmar Yulasti (2006: 172) about work readiness. The sample in this study used the Slovin formula with a retrieval technique sample using proportional random sampling technique. Samples from this study as many as 48 students consisting of semesters 3 and 5. This study was analyzed with using simple regression. Data analysis showed that the value of t was calculated (6.459)> t table (2,013). Thus because t arithmetic> T table then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted it means that there is an effect of student activity in organizing on work readiness student majoring in accounting at the Riau Islamic University.
