Abstract
Business is a series of economic activities that have an important role in meeting human needs. Business activities have an influence on the level of human life both individually and in social groups. This study aims to determine the feasibility of business development in Marpoyan Damai District, Sidomulyo Barat Village, Pekanbaru City based on financial aspects. The methods used in this research are Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PP), Profitability Index (PI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Gold Value Method (GVM), Gold Index (GI), and Investible Surplus. Method (ISM). Based on the results of the analysis carried out, all aspects meet the eligibility criteria, it can be concluded that all financial aspects are for business development.
