Abstract

Based on the results of observations made on grade XI students ips 2 MA Nurul Falah Molek water , there are still many students who are less active in group learning among fellow students so that there are still many students whose learning value is lacking. The purpose of this study was to determine the activeness of students towards learning outcomes in economic subjects by using cooperative learning models think pair share type (TPS) in class XI IPS 2 MA Nurul Falah water molecular students . This type of research is PTK (Classroom Action Research). The subjects in this study were class XI IPS 2 MA Nurul Falah water molecule with 23 people.The research instrument was a learning device, syllabus, lesson plans, student worksheets, textbooks, evaluation tools and observation sheets. Learning cycle 1 the average value of students 89 , 78 with the number of students who graduated 21 people. Cycle 2 the average student increased to 96 , 30 with the number of students completing 23 people. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is the method of think pair share (TPS ) can increase student activity on student learning outcomes in class XI IPS 2 MA Nurul Falah water molecular.
