Abstract

Development of Learning Tools Based on the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model in Statistics Material for Class VIII Junior High Schools Nadya Dwi Suryani NPM. 166410669 Thesis. ABSTRACT This study aims to produce mathematics learning tools in the form of learning implementation plans (RPP) and student worksheets (LKPD) with a Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on statistical material in grade VIII at SMP YPPI Tualang whose validity has been tested. This research on the development of mathematics learning tools uses the 4-D model. But due to the Covid-19 pandemic, only threes tages were carried out, namely: 1) define, 2) design, and 3) development. The data collection instruments used were the RPP validation questionnaire sheet and the LKPD validation questionnaire. The data collection technique used was non-test with a validation questionnaire from 2 FKIP UIR mathematics education lecturers and 2 mathematics teachers at SMP YPPI Tualang. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. From the research results obtained the validation results of the RPP 84.49% with a validation level and the results of the LKPD analysis were 88.67% with a very valid validation level. Based on this research, it was found that the mathematics learning tools with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on the statistical material for grade VIII SMP YPPI Tualang were tested for their validity.
