Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) Effect of Application Accounting Information Systems for Individual Performance (2) Effect of Motivation on Individual Performance (3) The Effect of Organizational Culture on Performance Individual. The data of this study were collected using a questionnaire technique. total The sample in this study was 60 respondents from 22 Rural Credit Banks Batam City, with Purposive Sampling sampling technique. Test validity in this study was done by comparing the calculated r value with r table, while the reliability test uses Cronbach Alpha. Technique the data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Results research shows that: (1) Application of Accounting Information Systems significant effect on Individual Performance (2) Motivation influences significant on individual performance (3) Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Individual Performance (4) Application of Accounting Information Systems, Motivation and Organizational Culture simultaneously and significantly influence Individual Performance.
