Abstract
Analysis of the wealth of the workers in Electrical Contractors Company in Pekanbaru. the purpose of this research is to learn the wealth of the workers in electrical contractors company ini pekanbaru. this research use a descriptive method, by using a primary and secondary data. result of this research are expected to provide cognition to researcher and responder for their income and wealth of the workers viewed by standar of decent living (KHL). as for the respondent who were determined from the result of the questionnaire calculation of 35 people. the resulth of this study indicate only 4 peoples in above ground of standar of decent living (KHL) and the rest to of them are not in decent live viewed by KHL. from this we known that any factor effect the wealth of the workers, the factor is lenght of the time work, experiences and how much side job they have.
