Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyzing application of accounting information systems on cash receipt at PT. Alfha Sukses Mandiri. Data collected in this study were primary and secondary data, data collection techniques used interviews, observation and documentation. Source of the data in this study comes from the documents and records that have been given by PT. Alfha Sukses Mandiri with the data needed. Based on the results of the study shown the application of accounting information systems cash receipt at PT.Alfha Sukses Mandiri has not been implemented properly. This is because the sales and billing functions are carried out by one person. The warehouse function must also carry out administrative functions by using the manual excel program in storing stock and preparing goods, while the accounting function is already equipped with a seventhsoft application so that it often occurs related to the number of inputs and outputs of goods. In practice in the field, there are functions that are not in accordance with the theory of accounting information systems in the sales function, warehouse function, and accounting functions. While the credit function, the shipping function and the accounting function are in accordance with accounting information system theory. The cash receipts accounting information system at PT.Alfha Sukses Mandiri also ended with the preparation of a cash receipt financial statement journal.
