Abstract
This research was conducted in Village Kota Raya KuntoDarussalam Sub-District Rokan Hulu District which aims to determine whether the Aplication of Financial Accounting In Village Desa Kota Raya Kunto Darussalam Sub-District Rokan Hulu District was in accordance with General Accepting Accounting Principles. The data used by researchers in village Kota Raya are primary. Where primary data is the first data recorder or collected directly in the financial section village Kota Raya. Data collection techniques using interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis techniques uses descriptive method. From the data analysis carried out by the above researchers, it was found that the aplication of Financial Accounting in Kota Raya Village, Kunto Darussalam District, Rokan Hulu Regency was not in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Princeples (PABU).
