Abstract

Integrated Lecture Building Planning 1 (GKT 1) State Polytechnic Bengkalis built in 2020 is designed using the Standard regulations of SNI for Concrete 2847-2002 and SNI for Earthquake 1726-2002. While currently, This special regulation has been updated to become the SNI Concrete standard 2847-2019 and SNI Earthquake 1726-2019. Based on this case, in this study, evaluation of the building structure using the latest SNI Concrete regulations 2847-2019 and SNI Earthquake 1726-2019 to determine permit deviation and permit stress that occurs in the existing conditions of Integrated Lecture Building 1 (GKT 1) Bengkalis State Polytechnic and the need for flexural and transverse reinforcement in column and beam elements. Earthquake load analysis using the response spectrum method. In This research will create two high-rise building models with the existing condition of the Integrated Lecture Building 1 (GKT 1) Bengkalis State Polytechnic with the earthquake regulations SNI-1726-2002 and structural concrete regulations SNI-1726- 2002 which will be evaluated based on the SNI-1726-2019 Earthquake regulations and SNI-1726-2019 structural concrete regulations. The results of the analysis on the building show the deviation that occurs experienced an increase due to changes in regulations where SNI-1726-2002 direction x = 10.88 mm, direction y = 13.97 mm, while in SNI-1726-2019 the direction x = 18.26 mm, direction y = 29.82 mm. The increase is influenced by the value of the force the increasing base shear (Vb) is in SNI-1726-2002 direction X = 85991.14 Kg, Y direction = 86113 Kg and SNI-1726-2019 X direction = 202677 Kg, Y direction = 258055 Kg. With an increase in the basic shear force (Vb) the evaluation results are still shows that all the beam and column structural elements of the Lecture Building Integrated 1 (GKT 1) Bengkalis State Polytechnic based on existing conditions has been meet the requirements after calculating the analysis using the rules the latest SNI for Earthquake 1726-2019 and SNI for Concrete 2847-2019.
