Abstract
This study aims to determine determine program governance Water and Sanitation Community Based (Pamsimas) in District Kuantan District Pangean Singingi. This research method is descriptive survey . This research is located in Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency . The sample in the study was 21 people , with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and observations. The results showed that The average response of respondents about the governance of the Community Based Water Supply and Sanitation Program (Pamsimas) in Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is 9 people or 43% said it was not good. From the results of the respondents' responses, it can be concluded that the governance of the Community Based Water Supply and Sanitation Program (Pamsimas) in Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is in a poor category. This means that the governance of the Community-Based Drinking Water and Sanitation Program (Pamsimas) in Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has not been, because only some items were assessed as being implemented properly.
