Abstract
The implementation of saving and loan management of village-owned enterprises is the efforts made to carry out all plans and policies that have been formulated and determined by completing all the necessary tools, in principle, the management of this village-owned enterprise aims to improve economic welfare. community village., This study aims to determine the management of savings and loans of village-owned enterprises in the village of Sukadamai, Ujung Batu sub- district, Rokan Hulu district. This type of data is premier and secondary. This research uses qualitative research methods consisting of various forms of data, photos, maps, open interviews, documentation, in order to obtain existing data in the field (BUMDes) sukadamai. Based on the research above, it can be concluded that all those involved in BUMDesa peace independently must be able to work together well for the development and continuity of the BUMDesa program.
