Abstract
Ahmad Maksum(2021) : The Effect of Leg Muscle Power Training On The Sickle Kick Ability Of The PSHT Pencak Silat Athlete Of The Pasir Agung Village. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leg muscle power training on the ability of the sickle kick in PSHT Pencak Silat Athletes in Pasir Agung Village. This type of research is experimental research, the sample in this study is Pencak Silat Athletes PSHT Pasir Agung Village totaling 7 people. The sampling method used is total sampling. The assessment instrument in this study was the speed of the sickle kick. The calculation results obtained are, the Tcount value is greater than the Ttable value, namely 4.44 > 1.94 and the amount of increase in the pree test and post test data is 19.78%. So it can be concluded that leg muscle power training has a significant effect on the results of the sickle kick on PSHT Pencak Silat Athletes in Pasir Agung Village.
