Abstract
The rise of juvenile delinquency cases that occur within schools is a concern for the school and parents, to anticipate this, an effective monitoring system is needed and has good data security, namely a multi-user system, so that the school can monitor students and online through the student violation monitoring system website that can be accessed using a computer or smartphone. This study uses a responsive web design method that aims to produce a student violation monitoring system at SMP N 5 Keritang. The advantage of this system is that it has features that have been adjusted to the access rights of each user. This system still has drawbacks, namely it has not been integrated with the existing system at SMP N 5 Keritang.
