Pelalawan – Sikijang Mati – Sp. Lago of Pelalawan Regency. Data analysis using the method (Structural Equation Modeling) with the help of AMOS 26 software. Certification/expertise of workers has a significant standard loading factor value of 0.948, it means the certification affects productivity with a p value of 0.024 and an estimate of 0.173. Work experience has a significant effect on labor productivity with a standard loading factor value of 0.811, also work experience affects productivity with a p value of 0.05 and an estimate of 0.465. Compensation has a high significant level of labor productivity with a standard loading factor value of 0.685, so that compensation affects productivity with a p value of 0.022 and an estimate of 0.258.
