The production pipeline is one of the most important things in the transportation of gas pipelines from wellheads to refineries. However, over time, gas production in this field has decreased. This is caused by several factors such as the occurrence of back pressure which results in an increase in friction factor in the pipe and the emergence of hydrates along the pipe due to the aging surface facilities. In this study, the researchers carried out pipe replacement for the X well field in 4 scenarios, where there were 7 pipe replacement segments with a total distance of 426.9 km. Then the researcher will calculate the economic indicators that aim to determine the feasibility of a work project so that the company can make decisions. The economic value sought is one of the Internal Rate Of Return (IRR) and Net Peresnt Value (NPV) which are used for incremental analysis. The results of the calculation of economic indicators on the replacement of gas well pipe size in field X. That Scenario 1 is the best scenario with an NPV value of $ 268,470,163.48 and an IRR of 42.67%. While the value of Pay out Time is obtained within 1.20 years. This scenario has a Profitability Index value of 1.44 where the value is more than 1 and can be declared feasible to be carried out
