Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze whether communication and motivation had a significantly positive effect on employee performance at the Polresta Pekanbaru. This type of research is qualitative research that has a population of the total number of employees at the Polresta Pekanbaru . The sample in this study was 38 people. Data collection techniques in this study use questionnaires that contain statements to see communication and motivation for employee performance. Data analysis techniques in this study used the F-Test and T-Test. The results of this study indicate that the influence of communication and motivation on employee performance at the Pekanbaru Police. And in the third hypothesis, shows that communication and motivation together have a significant effect on employee performance at the Polresta Pekanbaru.
