Abstract

guided by Ir. H. Rosyadi, M.Sc, The study was carried out for 20 days starting in October 2019 at the Fish Seed Center (BBI) Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Pekanbaru. The study aims to determine the effect of giving fermented leachate waste with different doses to the abundance of Chlorella sp. The method used is an experimental method using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 3 replications, treatment (P1) giving leachate with a dose of 2.0 cc / L, treatment (P2) giving leachate with a dose of 2.5 cc / L, treatment (P3) giving leachate with a dose of 3.0 cc / L, treatment ( P4) leachate with a dose of 3.5 cc / L, treatment (P5) leachate with a dose of 4.0 cc / L. The results showed the highest peak of Chlorella sp cell population was found in treatment (P1) with a dose of 2.0 cc / L that is equal to 13,789,917 cells / mL on day 14, treatment (P2) peak of Chlorella sp cell population with a dose of 2.5 cc / L of 11,550,000 cells / mL on the 16th day, treat (P3) at a dose of 3.0 cc / L of 9,353,333 cells / mL with the peak of the population on the 14th day, treat (P4) with a dose of 3.5 cc / L of 8,466,667 cells / mL with the peak population on day 16 and the lowest peak population of Chlorella sp cells found in the treatment (P5) with a leachate dose of 4.0 cc / L in the amount of 6,126,333 cells / mL on the 12th day. Results of measurements of water quality such as temperatures 25-29 ° C, pH 6 and N, P are 4.24 mg / L and 4.24 mg / L. Keywords: Chlorella sp culture media and Leachate Waste
