Abstract
The aim of this research is to carry out the task of the Head of the Village in Fostering Social Institutions in the Ukui Village, the Ukui District, the Pelalawan District Study of the Neighborhood Association. The indicators in this study are providing counseling, giving direction and providing guidance. This type of research is located in the Ukui Kelurahan Ukui Subdistrict Pelalawan District is a type of descriptive research, namely research that aims to explain or describe a situation, event, object whether a person, or everything related to variables that can be explained both with numbers as well as words, the use of this type of research measures carefully by using quantitative and quantitative merging analysis (mix methods) which is a research approach that combines qualitative research with quantitative research at the location under study. To one group of objects that are complete and clear, the sample in this study is the Rukun Tetangga Ukui Village, Ukui District, Pelalawan Regency. One sampling technique used in determining individual samples is a random sampling technique based on each different KK. Types and data collection techniques used consist of primary data which is collected through allat research in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observations, documentation and secondary data collected using the frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique, the researchers assessed and concluded that the Implementation of the Task of the Lurah Fostering Social Institutions in the Ukui Village, the Ukui Subdistrict, the Pelalawan Regency, the Study of Neighboring Neighborhood was in a pretty good rating.
