Abstract

Bono tourism object is the leading tourism in Riau Province, Bono tourism object is the target of development because this tourism has a uniqueness that is not owned by other regions in Indonesia. In commitment the regional government of Pelalawan Regency will continue to strive to achieve the maximum development objectives of Bono tourism in accordance with and the authority possessed. The lack of facilities and markets, tourism facilities provided by the cultural, tourism, youth and sports agency of Pelalawan district have made the bono tourism objeck development program unable to run optimally apart from the limited budget funds for the tourism development program to increase tourism attractiveness. The purpose of this study is to see the extent of the role of the cultural service, tourism, youth and tourism in Pelalawan in the development of Bono tourism objects in Pelalawan district. The method used in this research is quantitative. The use of quantitative methods aims to support the level of accuracy so that it can be accounted for and can be easily understood. Data collection instruments in this study prioritize interviews as a means of obtaining the main raw materials to obtain suitable conditions. This study also uses positive sampling, which is a sampling technique with certain considerations or special selection, the key informant of the research is the head of tourism who knows about the development of bono tourism. The results of this study concluded that the tourism, youth and tourism agency of Pelalawan Regency had been carried out in carrying out the affairs of developing Bino tourism objects in Pelalawan Regency. There are 6 indicators that become the author's reference in this study, a) market share b) tourism atraction, c) infrastrukrur, d) Aksebilitas, e) Tourism facilities and services, f) elemen institution. In carrying out its role in the development of cultural tourism, tourism, youth and olaraga tourism objects in Pelalawan regency as executors of the affairs of developing tourism objects in Bono. pelalawan experiences several obstacles, among others, limited budget, infrastructure that is still not good, inadequate facilities, it is expected that other parties will participate in implementing the development of tourist objects in Pelalawan regency.
