Abstract

This research was motivated by the desire to find out student opinions of the Islamic University of Riau in Realizing UIR as a world-class university based on faith and piety in 2041 (study on student organizations within the Islamic University of Riau). Organizational communication is one of the important factors in the occurrence of activities, which to run an organization requires communication, in communication itself there are functions and goals of communication. While the organization consists of the actions, interactions, and transactions of people. So in this case the role of communication and organization is very necessary to carry out a vision and mission. The type of research conducted by the researcher is a type of descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques derived from the results of interviews, observations and documentation. In this study, the researchers put more emphasis on looking at student opinions and the role of students in realizing UIR as a world-class university based on faith and piety in 2041. The results here show that UIR students really appreciate and support the realization of UIR as a world-class faith-based university. and taqwa in 2041 by carrying out activities with Islamic values and increasing self-awareness.
