Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Evaluation of the Implementation of the Task of the Camat in fostering Village Administration in the Rambah Hilir District of Rokan Hulu Regency. To find out the obstacles in the implementation of the Camat Task in fostering the Administration of the Village Administration in the Rambah Hilir District of Rokan Hulu Regency. whether or not government services to the community is very dependent on the services provided by the village administration and village officials. So the government through PP No. 19 of 2008 concerning the sub-districts, through article 21 emphasizes the Camat as the head of government to provide guidance in the administration of the Village and / or Village. here the author is focused on Population Administration is the activity of recording and information about the population and population mutations in the population administration book. One of the autonomous regions that has a sub-district government is Rokan Hulu Regency. As for this study intended how the role of the Sub-District Head fostering village administration in the Rambah Hilir District by using 4 indicators Guidance, Supervision, Evaluation, and Reporting of these 4 indicators obtained results Good enough 40% with a sample of 25 respondents, this study belongs to the type of quantitative research with observation data collection techniques, Questionnaires, Interviews, and Documentation of obstacles that occur Still low morale and cooperation between each Village staff because there are still staff who have not been able to fully fill out the Village report book
