Abstract

This study aims to evaluate online-based services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration in Kuantan Singingi Regency in Improving Service Quality. The indicators of this research are Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equity, Responsiveness, Accuracy. This type of research located in Kuantan Singingi Regency is a Descriptive Survey, which prioritizes the questionnaire list as a data collection tool and the data collected with this tool is then used as the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions of the objective existence of the research objectives at the location under study. The population used in this study is the Head of the Population and Civil Registry Office, the Midwives of Civil Administration and Population Administration Information Management, the Civil Service and Population Administration Officer, the Community Owning E-KTP. The Saturated Sampling Technique for the employee population and the Purposive Sampling technique for the community, the types and data collection techniques used in this study consisted of, primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use the frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique, the researchers assessed and concluded that the study entitled Online Based Service Evaluation at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency in Improving Service Quality received an answer in the "Good Enough" category.
