Abstract

This study aims to Evaluate the Implementation of the Indragiri Hilir District Regulation Number 3 of 2010 Concerning Rice Mill Levies, and to find out the ostacles in Implementation of the Indragiri Hilir District Regulation Number 3 of 2010 Concerning Rice Mill Levies. The indicators used in this study are effectiveness, adequacy, equal distribution, responsiveness, accurary. Research used method used is descriptive quantitative method with the type of survey research. The location of the research carried out at Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP). The result of the study show that The Implementation of Indragiri Hilir District Regulation Number 3 of 2010 Concerning Rice Mill Levies can be said to be less good. It can be seen fromthe indicators that the authors set namely effectiveness, adequacy, equal distribution, responsiveness, accurary. Inhibiting factors Implementation of the Indragiri Hilir District Regulation Number 3 of 2010 Concerning Rice Mill Levies is getting a business license that can only be done at Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP), and lack of clarity of the officer involved in providing punishment to the people who open a rice milling business that do not have a business license.
