Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the passing skills under the volleyball through the STAD (Student Team Achievement Divisions) method of grade XI students of SMA Olahraga Masmur Pekanbaru. This type of research is PTK. The population in this study is 12th grade students of Pekanbaru Sports Masmur High School, totaling 12 people. The sampling technique used was total sampling so that the number of samples in this study were 12 students. The test instrument used was the assessment of the passing rubric under the volleyball rubric. The data analysis technique used is to calculate the classical completeness value of 80% of students who get a KKM score of 80 from student learning outcomes. From the results of research and data analysis, this study can be concluded that there is an increase in passing skills under the volleyball through the student team achievement divisions (STAD) method in class XI students of SMA Olahraga Masmur Pekanbaru with the percentage of classical completeness in the first cycle by 25% and in the second cycle amounted to 83.33% so there was an increase in the percentage value of 58.33%.
