Abstract

Rental agreement car rentals arise as a result of the development process in the business world, This also helps the wider community to open businesses such as leasing a car that has a purpose for the welfare of every individual in society. So that in implementation it often causes a problem where the lessee defaults on the contents of the lease agreement made between the party renting the car and the lessee. The main problem in this research is how to implement car rental agreement between PT. ACR RENT CAR with tenant and how to resolve disputes against default by tenants in implementation of car rental at PT. ACR RENT CAR. The research method used is the Sociology of Law, namely by survey method, namely direct research to the research location using a data collection tools in the form of interviews associated with regulations legislation and expert opinion as well as the basis of the lease agreement rent an existing one. The nature of this research is descriptive, namely provide a clear and detailed description of an event that occurred regarding the settlement of default in the implementation of the lease agreement car at PT. ACR RENT CAR. In the results of the research conducted by the author, the rights and obligations of the parties in the implementation of car rental at PT. ACR RENT CAR has been carried out as it should be stated in the contents of the lease agreement. rent a car at PT. ACR RENT CAR, that is, the party who rents out has the right receive a photocopy of KTP / SIM / KK from the tenant, receive collateral from tenant, and receive the rent in accordance with the agreed time in the contents of the car rental agreement, and hand over the car that leased to the lessee which is the right of the lessee, with obligations provide a photocopy of your KTP/SIM/KK and collateral to the lessor, use the car according to the given purpose based on the content car rental agreement, and pay the rental price at the same time has been mutually agreed with the form of responsibility of the parties in the implementation of car rental PT. ACR RENT CAR. And as for settlement of disputes against default by the lessee in the implementation car rental agreement at PT. ACR RENT CAR is carried out on a regular basis kinship or non-litigation, namely the settlement of cases outside the court by prioritizing a sense of togetherness and kinship between lessee and lessor.
