Abstract

In terms of administration and bureaucracy, civil employees appear to play an essential role in ensuring the harmony and sustainability of regional potential development. The objectives of this research is to consider the impact of organizational culture and work satisfaction on the quality of government employees' internal services at the Riau Province Representative Office. 65 government employees from the Riau province representative office in Jakarta are participating in this type of quantitative research. The data was collected using a questionnaire with three measuring scales, namely the quality of internal services compiled by Sasser and Arbeit (1976), and developed by Al-Ababneh et al (2018) consists of 21 items. The second is the job satisfaction scale that was developed by Spector (2012) contains 32 item. Hofstede (2011) compiled an organizational culture scale with 18 items, which Zaqiri and Alija (2016) developed. Statistical analysis used consisted of descriptive analysis, correlational from Pearson, multiple regression analysis to answer the whole hypothesis. According to the findings of the study, corporate culture and work satisfaction have an impact on F=20.572, p < 0.05, Furthermore, both independent variables have a contribution of R2 = 0.264. It can be concluded that the research hypothesis is accepted. The study's findings suggest that a positive organizational culture, followed by high employee satisfaction, can lead to improved internal service quality.
