Abstract
This study was conducted aiming to determine the suitability of the application of village financial accounting in the Government of Rawang Bonto Village, Kuantan Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency with General Acceptance Accounting Principles. The data used in this study uses primary data and secondary data obtained by conducting interviews and documentation. In the analysis of this study the authors used a descriptive method, where the data was collected, compiled and analyzed, then the conclusions drawn were presented in this thesis. The results of this study indicate that the Government of Rawang Bonto Village does not make a journal, does not make a ledger, does not make a trial balance, does not adjust inventory, and does not make depreciation of fixed assets. The application of Financial Accounting to the Government of Rawang Bonto Village, Kuantan Hilir Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regency is not fully in accordance with General Accepted accounting principles.
