Abstract

Village finance are all village rights and obligations that can be valued in money and everything in the form of money and goods related to the implementation of village rights and obligations. Village financial management is all activities that include planning, implementation, reporting, and village financial accountability. The main issues raised un this study are regarding the implementation of village financial management in Pasir Keranji village, as well as how village accountability is in managing village finances in Pasir Keranji village. In this study, the authos used observational research, which is survey research or direct research in the field by conducting interview and giving questionnaires directly to respondents in Pasir Keranji Village. While this research is descriptive, that is it provides a direct description and describe the problems studied regarding the management of village finances in and village accountability in managing village finances in Pasir Keranji Village. The result of this study indicate that the implementation of village financial management in Pasir Keranji Village has been running but has not been maximized, because the village has not been able to manage village income obtained from village business results, namely BUMDes. Village accountability in managing village finance has been going wee, but the lack of transparency from the village government to the community has not been implemented.
