Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of job training on employee productivity of PT. Arara Abadi Sorek District and to prove testing through a predetermined hypothesis. The sample in this study amounted to 66 respondents using a sampling census sampling technique. The data analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative methods that use primary data and secondary data obtained through documentation and research questionnaires. This study uses simple linear regression analysis as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that job training variables have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity.
