Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the appropriateness of accounting application implemented by the Aumelya Deata Pekanbaru Foundation with General Accepting Accounting Principles. In this study, two types of data are used, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques implemented in this study is to conduct interviews in person and with documentation. The data source obtained by the author comes from written records and documents provided by the Pekanbaru Aumelya Deata Foundation. From the results of research conducted by the author, the Aumelya Deata Pekanbaru Foundation in carrying out the application of its accounting is not in accordance with General Acceptance Accounting Principles.
