Abstract

Health development is one part of national development that aims to increase awareness, willingness, and ability to live a healthy life for everyone in order to realize an optimal degree of public health, one of the government's efforts to foster community life in the health sector is one of the national developments that can be seen from activities integrated service posts but there are a number of problems including inadequate checks on healthy nutrition food, local supplementary feeding, vitamin supplementation which should be done once a month but activities that require monthly fees and lack of attention from the village government regarding the implementation of integrated service posts. The aim is to find out the implementation of the authority of the Village Head Implementation of the Authority of the Village Government in Fostering the Lives of the Community of Banglas Village, Tebing Tinggi Subdistrict, Kepulauan Meranti District, to know the constraints of the Implementation of the Authority of the Village Head in Fostering the Lives of the Community of Banglas Village, Tebing Tinggi Subdistrict, Kepulauan Meranti District. This research is a descriptive quantitative research with a purposive sampling approach. Sampling Technique uses Census Technique. Primary data that is questionnaire, interview, and field observation and secondary data collected through regulations, documentation and reports as well as other data obtained in Banglas Village then analyzed descriptively. Based on the analysis of the data it was concluded that in the research questionnaire data the Implementation of the Authority of the Village Head in fostering community life in Desa Banglas with guidance theory as well as several indicators namely counseling, direction and guidance of responses of government respondents and the community of Desa Banglas is Quite Done. The inhibiting factor in the village of Banglas is that the posyandu facilities are incomplete and the lack of community participation recognizes the importance of community life in program activities in the village of Banglas in Health. The village head must carry out an increase in outreach and ongoing socialization to the community, as well as coordination with program implementers who have been determined, and must be able to also improve human resources
