Abstract

In an effort to increase the prosperity and welfare of the people needed a balanced economic development. Thus increasing the prosperity and welfare of the people. There must be an increase in the economy through movements and new discoveries, especially the abundance of natural resources and adequate human resources. This is done so that the village does not only depend on the central government. thus the village grows into a force capable of delivering the community towards prosperity and prosperity. One of the innovations was the establishment of the BUMDes (Village-Owned Enterprises) program which was formed based on the needs and potential of the village.This study aims to determine how the evaluation of the Village Owned Enterprise Program in Sei Simpang Dua Village, Kampar Kiri Hilir District, Kampar Regency. The research method used in this study was a qualitative study using key informants that the BUMDes director advanced with Sei Dua. The results of this study are 1) Evaluation of the Planning Phase accommodating each business unit in Ponjong Village in the form of services or goods and getting as much profit from the business units so that it can become a Village financial absorption in the form of Village original income or PADes. 2) Evaluation of the Implementation Stage Performed by re-planning programs that have not yet run and supervising and maintaining programs that have been running by looking at the effectiveness of the programs carried out by the people of Sei Simpang Dua Village, Kampar Kiri Hilir District, Kampar Regency. 3) Post-Implementation Evaluation gives economic changes to the business of community providers of goods such as groceries, food, beverages, vehicle fuel, by and soupenir greatly encourages community income and then opens up employment opportunities for the people of Sei Simpang Dua Village Kampar Kiri Hilir District Kampar Regency.
