Abstract

The binding of the parties to the construction service business is contained in a contract called a construction work contract. The construction work contract contains an agreement between the employer and the contractor, which generally discusses rights and obligations. The construction agreement is based on the contracting agreement as regulated in book III of the Civil Code Article 1601a-x Chapter VII A concerning approval to carry out work. The purpose of this research is to find out how the form and content of the cooperation agreement between PT. Multi Teknik Jaya Mandiri With CV. Yorizki Persada Indah. And to find out the efforts to resolve the default that occurred between PT. Multi Teknik Jaya Mandiri with CV. Yorizki Persada Indah. In the thesis entitled "Juridical Analysis of Default Agreement Between PT. Multi Teknik Jaya Mandiri With CV. Yorizki Persada Indah in the Field of Construction Services in Indragiri Hulu Regency "is discussed in the problems, namely: What causes a Default between PT. Multi Tehnik Jaya Mandiri and CV. Yorizki Persada Indah for the work of PLTMG 6 MW-Lyrics and How to resolve the default occurred between PT. Multi Teknik Jaya Mandiri with CV. Yorizki Persada Indah. The method used to answer the problems mentioned above is normative law research, which is the method or method used in legal research that is carried out by examining existing library materials. The legal materials used in this research are the Civil Code, Law no. 12 of 2017 concerning Construction Services, Letter of Agreement between PT. Multi Teknik Jaya Mandiri with CV. Yorizki Persada Indah, Thesis, Legal Journals, literature books, dictionaries and encyclopedias. This research is descriptive analytical by providing a complete, detailed and clear picture of a reality related to this research. The results of this study can be concluded that the cause of default between PT. Multi Teknik Jaya Mandiri With CV. Yorizki Persada Indah for the work on PLTMG 6 MW-Lyrics, the final money for the completion of the work has not been paid by PT. Multi Technic Jaya Mandiri. Efforts to resolve the default that occurred by subpoenaing, conducting deliberation and reporting this problem to the mass media/newspapers because PT. Multi Tehnik Jaya Mandiri seemed to ignore and neglect to pay off the final money for the work that had been completed.
