Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the supervision of Supervisors on employee productivity at the Rotte Bakery Production Unit in Pekanbaru. The data collection method uses descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. Which method of descriptive and quantitative analysis is a method of collecting data and then tabulating it into a table and then described systematically, by linking relevant theories so that an approach can be made to solve the existing problem. The number of samples were 54 employees from the production unit of the entire Rotte Bakery in Pekanbaru. Based on data analysis, a positive and significant influence of supervisory supervision is obtained on the work productivity of the production unit in the rotte bakery business as a week Based on the analysis of the data obtained a positive and significant influence supervisory supervision on work productivity.
