Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. AJB BUMIPUTERA 1912 Pekanbaru. This type of research is a type of quantitative research that sees the effect of X as a work environment on Y as the performance of employees at PT. AJB BUMIPUTERA 1912 Pekanbaru. The population and sample in this study were all employees at PT. AJB BUMIPUTERA 1912 Pekanbaru, amounting to 35 people. Data analysis techniques in this study used the coefficient of determination, and the T-test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant environmental effect on employee performance at PT. AJB BUMIPUTERA 1912 Pekanbaru. This is evidenced by the value of the calculated T from the T table with a significance value of less than 5% which is 0.05.
