Abstract

Internship is one of the compulsory subjects contained in the curriculum of the Informatics Engineering Department at the Islamic University of Riau. Procedures for implementing a internship are still carried out manually starting from the student submitting a proposal, conducting a insternship, listing the internship seminars and evaluating. This research resulted in a web-based insternship application consisting of registration, assessment to insternship monitoring that was built with the php programming language and the Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) MariaDB. The method used in making the application is the waterfall method, thus obtaining a percentage of 88%
