Abstract

According to Article 1457 Code of Civil Law, buying and selling is an agreement in which one party is bound to submit a material and the other party to pay the price promised. If an agreement has been reached, then the transaction is valid and binding the sale and purchase agreement between the seller and the buyer, then it is not permissible to renege on what was agreed upon. Same thing with buying and selling heavy equipment spare parts at UD. Griya Hydraulic Pekanbaru also made an agreement in advance with the buyer before conducting buying and selling activities. The problem in this research is how the sale and purchase of heavy equipment spare parts begins with a price quote by UD. Griya Hydraulic Pekanbaru and what obstacles faced in buying and selling heavy equipment spare parts by UD. Griya Hydraulic Pekanbaru is not made into a written agreement / contract. The research method used in this research is Observational Research by conducting a survey using questionnaire and interview as data collection tools. The nature of this research is descriptive, which is to give an overview of the process of buying and selling heavy equipment spare parts at UD. Griya Hydraulic Pekanbaru. This research uses primary data and secondary data. Total population of 41 people consisting of 1 seller and 40 buyers, the authors take the whole census as a source of data. From the results of the author's research, the procedure of buying and selling heavy equipment spare parts is carried out by UD. Griya Hydraulic Pekanbaru is divided into 2 (two) forms and payments are made in 3 (three) ways, namely paid in full when buying, advance payment is given and paid within 14 days. But in the implementation, it is found that the negligence made by the buyer in making a payment and also the obstacle of buying and selling heavy equipment spare parts is not made into a written agreement / contract is that the seller and buyer are not used to do a buying and selling transaction using a written agreement / contract.
